You can never ever go wrong with Walliams’ books. He’s the master of comedy and my kids adore his books. His imagination knows no limits! It’s such fun to read his books as a parent together with your child (you WILL laugh out loud). This latest is about a volcanic island where The Cruel School is located. Disgusting dinners and terrifying teachers abound. Larker is sent there and decides to solve the mystery of the wicked “Monstification Machine” Love the hilarious illustrations!
