Ukuqaphela kungashintsha impilo yakho yocansi

Ukuzinakekela sekuye kwathengiswa esikhathini esidlule; kunemikhiqizo engapheli.

Kodwa ‘isenzo sokuzinakekela’ ukuzindla ngokucabangela – nakuba kusanda kuthandwa, sekuyisikhathi eside kuwumkhuba osetshenziswa abantu emhlabeni wonke. Kodwa akukaze kube muva nje lapho ucwaningo lokusebenza ngempumelelo kwalo maqondana nocansi luhlolisisiwe… futhi okutholakele kuye kwaba okumangazayo.

Uma kukhona umkhuba owodwa ongawenza, noma yikuphi, ngokungaguquki: ukuqaphela. Ukucabangela kuyisenzo sokuletha ukuqaphela kwakho esikhathini samanje nokubheka okuthile okufana nemicabango yakho, isikhala esikuzungezile noma ukuphefumula kwakho, njengoba kwenzeka futhi ngaphandle kokwahlulela noma isidingo sokukushintsha.

Umthelela wangempela ovela ekucabangeni, uvela ekuvumelaneni nomkhuba. Kuwumkhuba wamabomu, nesihawu – into abantu abaningi abayithola inzima kakhulu. Kulula ukuba nomusa kukho abanye… kunzima kakhulu ukuba nomusa kithina. Ngakho ukunaka kuyindlela yokwenza umusa kithi ngokwethu. Futhi kufakazelwe ngokwesayensi ukunciphisa ingcindezi, ukuphatha ukukhathazeka, ukuthuthukisa imizwa, futhi yebo, ukuthuthukisa impilo yakho yocansi!

Kepha nakhu ukuthi kungani ungadinga ukuyithatha nsuku zonke:

  1. Ucansi lumayelana nokudedela kanye “ nokuba sesikhathini”. Siyatshelwa njalo, kodwa iningi lethu liyazabalaza ukuthola umsebenzi/ izingane/ lawo mazwi omngane wethu angawaphumi amakhanda ethu. Ukucabangela kusifundisa ukuthi singayibuyisela kanjani imiqondo yethu esikhathini samanje – esikwenzayo… ukuba ocansini kanye nokuxhumana okungaba khona nozakwethu.
  2. Ingqondo yethu iyisitho sethu socansi esibaluleke kakhulu, ngakho-ke uma igcwele imicabango engahlangene nalokho esikwenzayo noma ukucabanga ngenganekwane ethile evusa inkanuko, kuzoba nzima ngempela ukwenza ngokugcwele ubumnandi obunikezwayo.
  3. Kusisiza ukuthi sime kancane, futhi sicabange… ikakhulukazi uma sidinga ukuba nezingxoxo nophathina bethu ezisenza singakhululeki, njengocansi. Ukuqaphela kusifundisa ukuthi singanamatheli emizweni enzima kodwa kunalokho ukuthi siyiqaphele, mhlawumbe siyilebule, futhi siyivumele idlule.
  4. Kusikhipha emakhanda ethu nasemizimbeni yethu. Kusisiza ukuthi sime, sime kancane futhi sicabange ngalokho esikuzwayo nesikuzwayo ngaleso sikhathi, kunokuba silale lapho sicabanga ngalokho okufanele ngabe uyakwenza noma okuzayo. Ukuqaphela nokubona injabulo emzimbeni wakho kuzokuthola kude kakhulu ekuhlangenwe nakho kwakho kocansi kunokuba uhlale ukhathazeka ngokuthi umzimba wakho ubukeka kanjani (ukucabangela kukufundisa ukuba uqaphele le micabango futhi uyivumele ukuba idlule njengefu elintantayo esibhakabhakeni) .

  6. Kwehlisa ukukhathazeka futhi kungaba ithuluzi elikhulu lokulawula ukucindezeleka, futhi abaningi kakhulu bethu babhekana nokukhathazeka noma ingcindezi maqondana nocansi, noma babe nobunzima ngokocansi ngenxa yalokhu okuhlangenwe nakho. Isizathu sokuqala sokuthi abantu njengamanje bafune ukwelashwa kunanini ngaphambili ingcindezi. Futhi kunomthelela ezimpilweni zethu zocansi ngendlela efanayo nokusebenza kwethu kwansuku zonke.
